PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER

Once galleries have been delivered to clients, it is the client's responsibility to download the images before the gallery expires. Jacie Schofield Photography "JSP”/Schofield Artistry is not responsible for saving client photos once galleries have been delivered. Reinstating expired galleries may not be possible. Please download images when you receive your gallery. I recommend saving them in multiple secure locations, including the cloud.

Galleries include original sized images which should allow you to order large sized art work. However, if you need an image resized for a specific print size or would like any type of further editing, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your gallery. After this time, images may no longer be available for resizing or editing.

Print Release

This release gives Jacie Schofield Photography's clients the rights to reproduce and print high-resolution images for personal use.

Images may not be used for commercial or editorial purposes without written consent from Jacie Schofield Photography. According to US Copyright Law, Jacie Schofield Photography retains the copyright to all images.

The images provided to you are licensed to you for personal use only, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing and web publishing. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature. You may not alter, edit or change images which includes but is not limited to photo editing apps and filters such as Instagram.

You may not edit these images in any way. By downloading your image(s) you are agreeing to the above terms.

SCHOFIELD FARMHOUSE RULES FOR USE AND DISCLAIMER

-This property is our home. Please do not enter the fenced in yard areas. We have dogs who we let out of the house and into the back yard regularly. We also have two cats who are friendly and may approach you during your session. They will typically move on if you ignore them or gently shoo them away.

-Please be respectful of the property and leave things as you found them. You may pick a flower but please select an already damaged stem if possible and tread lightly through the meadow as to damage as few flowers as possible.

-Please remember that we live in the country; therefore, we have bugs, thorns, animal poop, etc. We recommend you wear insect repellant, appropriate clothing and shoes for your sessions.

-Smoking, vaping or any type of tobacco products are not allowed on the property. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property if you or your clients are behaving in a manner in which we find dangerous or in which we do not approve. If this happens, you will forfeit your payment and will not be allowed to book future sessions at our home.

- Waiver of Liability- We are not responsible for ANY injuries or accidents that may occur while you and your clients are using the property. You are responsible for your clients’ behavior and use of the property. If an injury or damage to the property occurs, you will be responsible for any injury claim raised by your client and will be responsible for fixing, replacing or compensating us for any damages to the property. Use of the property indicates your agreement to the above terms and the waiver of liability.
